This entry-level program offers basic nutrition counseling in a single, one-hour consultation. You’ll come away with a new appreciation for the importance of a healthy lifestyle, nutrient-dense foods, hydration, and a healthy gastrointestinal tract. You’ll also learn economical, easy-to-follow tips for disease prevention that will serve you well for years to come. You will be asked to complete a health history questionnaire before your consultation.

Individual and Family Wellness Program (Advanced)

This in-depth program is designed to strengthen your immune system, promote natural weight loss, reduce stress, combat aging, help prevent disease and injury, and increase your available energy. We will coach you through three 60-minute sessions, and we’ll be available 24/7 for support and guidance. You will be asked to complete a health history questionnaire before your first session.

This program is designed to help you achieve optimal performance for momentous life events. No matter your goal — closing a deal, planning a meeting, prepping for an exam, priming for competition — we show you how to fuel every cell in your body with the utmost nutrient-dense foods and supplements to attain peak performance, enhanced mental clarity, and a strong, nimble body. The lessons learned and habits ingrained during this program can be applied over the long haul to increase vitality and prevent injury and disease. Performance nutrition — the conscious act of eating smart — is the best (and most affordable) way to stay fit on the inside, and ensure your well-being over time.

Onsite Corporate Wellness Program

In this program, we work face-to-face with employees to improve their overall health. We conduct a one-on-one health-and-wellness assessment with each employee, creating individualized, easy-to-follow roadmaps to help them stay on track. Our approach encourages employees to embrace lifestyle choices that lead to greater fulfillment and success both on and off the job. Improved work performance, productivity, attendance, focus, and quality of life are great for employees, of course, but employers also gain from this program: healthy workers mean lower insurance costs, reduced absenteeism, improved morale, and stronger, more effective teams.
