I earned my bachelor of science and master’s degrees in holistic sports nutrition from the University of Natural Health. I also trained as a health counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program, where I studied more than a hundred dietary theories, lifestyle-management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with several of the world’s top health-and-wellness experts, including Andrew Weil and Deepak Chopra.
Elisangela has seven years' experience in health education and wellness coaching for corporate and individual clients. She is passionate about helping people to adopt healthy, long-term, sustainable behaviors that can change the course of their lives. Elisangela holds a Master of Arts degree in Natural Health & Holistic Nutrition from the University of Natural Health. In addition, she is Certified Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise, accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, and, most recently, certified in Vinyasa Yoga instruction.
